Wedding Table Plans & Table Numbers

Table plans and number cards are crucial practical tools, which can help enormously in the smooth running of your wedding day and are easily overlooked. There is nothing worse than your guests walking around not knowing at which table to sit!
Our Table Plans are usually A2 size (24 x 16.8 inches) ideal for placing onto an easel or stand for easy viewing by guests. From your list of guest names we will design a simple, well co-ordinated Table plan visual for your approval. These are usually color digital printed, with a matt laminate coating to prevent any glare from lights, they are then mounted onto white foam board for rigidity but still remain light to carry.
Our Table Number or Name cards are printed in the same way but are smaller in size, usually about 8 x 6 inches, these can be printed with large bold numbers or table names in a color to match your wedding stationery. They are again mounted to white foam board, making them ideal for inserting into metal card stands normally available from your reception venue.
